XXXHOLiC occurs as manga series written by CLAMP. It has been serialized around Kodansha's Young KC Deluxe periodically since 2003 and currently published in the United States by Del Rey Manga.

The film, '''XXXHOLiC: The Midsummer Nighttime's Dream' (劇場版 xxxHOLiC 真å¤?ノ夜ノ夢 GekijÅ?ban Horikku Manatsu there are there are no Yo no Yume''), is scheduled for release within Japan on August 20, 2005.

Plot

A series' protagonist, Kimihiro Watanuki (四月一日�尋 Watanuki Kimihiro), occurs as high school student world health organization is hard-hitting overrun by supernatural beings which are then as if by magic attracted to him. A animals come invisible to completely however himself & he feels heavy-laden by the babies following. While he comes upon the shop that grants wishes, all about around his life changes drastically.

Inside a shop is the temptingly beautiful Yūko Ichihara (壱原侑� Ichihara Yūko), the witch of several list & esoteric celebrity. A on the face of it whole caring witch before long gets best down to business: she offers to grant Watanuki's wish to exist as eliminate his ability to view spirits. But, a price adequate to the power mandatory to grant the wish must exist as paid. Following, Watanuki before long finds himself performing housekeeping & literally odd jobs for Yūko until he has done plenty for his wish to become granted.

Plot elements
Of these major point around XXXHOLiC is the modems between Clinch's more manga; numbers of of Clinch's characters outside of XXXHOLiC pop up therein comedian. In the beginning, Yūko tells Watanuki just about a girl, Sakura, the protagonist of Cardcaptor Sakura, and Sumeragi Subaru of Tokyo Babylon and X/1999. In the Eighth chapter, characters from either Tsubasa: RESERVoir CHRoNiCLE, one of CLAMP's more series, pop up in the story. XXXHOLiC character YÅ«ko Ichiharthe also appears around a corresponding chapter of Tsubasa. In the below chapter, whilst Watanuki attend the drug store, he meets Kazahaya & Rikuo, characters from either Legal Drug. Additionally, various things, such as earphone resembling persocom ears (from either Chobits) appear. A hyperlink between more series is one of a focal points of XXXHOLiC, & them series, Tsubasa & XXXHOLiC, come "linked."
